The Service allows creators, agencies, and operators to connect their YouTube channel accounts and view channel performance data, including views, watch time, revenue, and other public and authorized statistics, in order to support content monetization and rights management activities offered by the Company.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to: attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, interfering with or disrupting the Service, using the Service for any unlawful purpose, or attempting to extract or export data retrieved from third-party services in violation of those services’ own terms.
4. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with YouTube, a service provided by Google LLC, through the YouTube API Services. By using the Service, You agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, available at: https://www.youtube.com/t/terms

We may suspend or terminate Your Account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that We believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users of the Service, Us, or third parties, or for any other reason at Our discretion.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an « AS IS » and « AS AVAILABLE » basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any data displayed (including data retrieved from YouTube) will be accurate or complete at all times.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to Your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
