Role Overview
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Sales Associate to support our business expansion across the LATAM region. Based in Brazil or Mexico, you will play a key role in identifying and initiating partnerships with content creators and digital talent. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career with a strong interest in the digital media, social platforms, or creator economy.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to prospective content creators, talent managers, and digital agencies in LATAM.
• Support inbound and outbound sales efforts through lead qualification, outreach, and meeting scheduling.
• Assist in deal coordination, CRM pipeline management, and documentation throughout the sales cycle.
• Work closely with the senior sales team to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners and creators.
• Stay informed on industry trends in the digital content and social media space to guide outreach and messaging.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support go-to-market and marketing initiatives. 

Ideal Candidate

• 2+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, SDR/BDR, or a similar client-facing role.
• Interest in or familiarity with the digital marketing, social media, or creator economy landscape in LATAM.
• Basic understanding of partnership development, outreach tactics, and CRM tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Portuguese and/or Spanish; fluent in English.
• Self-starter with a curious mindset and willingness to grow in a fast-paced environment.
