Job Brief

• Reporting to Global Head of Content 
• Execute tasks hands-on with strong strategic and leadership skills
• Lead Social Video DRM, content workflows, and project management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience
• Proven ability to manage a remote team and collaborate with key stakeholders
• Experience in startups or small teams
• Expertise in Digital Rights Management for YouTube and Facebook
• Excellent project management and workflow skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (Airtable, Monday, Asana, etc.)
• Experience working with tools and services vendors
• Strong interest in social video platforms (e.g. YouTube, Facebook, TikTok)
• Strong interest in the Creator Economy and film and television content
• Multi-lingual skills are a plus

• Delivery focused, hands on execution
• Accounting, reporting and cash flow management
• Periodical stocktake, supplier and partner receivables follow-up

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional work experience
• Expertise on in depth analysis and financial know-how
• Experienced in general accounting and financial reporting including P&L
• Hands-on operations, invoicing and reconciliation, annual filing capability
• Execute cash flow, budgeting and forecasting
