Jack Ojalvo is a globetrotter with a French passport that has a passion in investing and technology.

He has been a firm believer in the Creator Economy since 2019 and believes that the biggest issue is the lack of investment and solutions in the sector. He is set to change that. Jack combines his financial skills and M&A experience with his passion and understanding of early-stage tech investments and new media.

Serial founder and entrepreneur with multiple successful exits under his belt, including one of the largest exits in the dietary supplements industry to Nestle. 10+ years of experience as CEO and in early-stage tech investments. Previously worked at Rothschild in Paris and at Allen & Company in New York.

Jack graduated from Stanford and Northwestern University.

Alexey Garasyuta has 10+ years of experience in the Creator Economy building strong relationships with content creators all around the world.

Started as a sales-manager in CIS-region’s MCN, Alexey later became Head of Sales at international Creative Service Provider.
Business development and creating new services for creators are the key points which Alexey is passionate about.

Alexey holds a Master’s Degree in Marketing at NAU (Ukraine).

Ece Aksoy brings 20+ years of Human Resources experience and professional coaching skills to Copyright Capital. She has experience in all HR fields in global and local companies functioning in banking, telecommunication, e-commerce and retail industries.

She loves being a part of the birth and growth of organizations and building the culture while targeting the highest potential. She cares about the people and their needs, in addition to being a strong pillar of the company.

She has BA and MA degrees in International Relations and continues to pursue her PhD in Management.

Ozge Ileri is a digital media professional with 20+ years’ experience and with a background in print & visual media.  She specializes in content strategy & protection. She is an expert in digital rights with a good command of the legal language. In the digitalized world, content is the king and her  role is crucial for its correct management.

Following her degree in Public Relations, Publicity and Advertising, she has a masters degree in Public Relations Teaching.

With over a decade of experience in digital media, Joel Cooper is passionate about helping businesses grow through smart strategies, innovative technology, and seamless processes. At Copyright Capital, Joel focuses on overseeing digital rights, visualizing data to tell impactful stories, and creating scalable solutions that drive success.

Before joining Copyright Capital, Joel played a key role in doubling revenues at SuperBam by streamlining operations and staying ahead of industry trends. He’s worked with platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Snapchat, and Samsung TV Plus, bringing a wealth of expertise in content management, data analysis, and strategy.

Gabriel Galvão has a degree in Social Communication with an academic focus on Cinema. He specialized in post-production and video-making with nine years of experience in the market, managing content for online platforms, having worked for long-running online shows, large corporations and television programs.

He has led editing teams for projects inside and outside LATAM, being responsible for brand consistency and creative marketing development. Aside from that, Gabriel also actively contributes to artistic projects in his city involving theater, literature and dance

Ahmet Soybelli is a growth professional with 15 years of experience. He specializes in performance marketing, analytics, and AI-driven content operations for online platforms, managing complex workflows and monetization for creators and long-running digital programs, as well as large organizations.

He has led cross-functional teams on projects across Europe and the Americas, overseeing brand consistency and data-informed creative development. In addition, Ahmet actively builds automation and AI systems that streamline production, measurement, and revenue growth.

Ali Kara is a dedicated financial professional with a proven track record in managing financial operations and driving efficiency through automation. With expertise in streamlining processes and optimizing financial systems, Ali focuses on enhancing organizational productivity and supporting sustainable growth.

Ali earned a B.S. in Quantitative Economics and Econometrics from Trinity College, equipping him with a strong analytical foundation and a data-driven approach to finance. He has previously contributed to scaling a fast-growing coffee startup as a Financial Controller and refined his skills in financial reporting, strategic planning, and process optimization through experience with US-based companies.

As a hobbyist photographer with a passion for media and creativity, Ali deeply values the impact of the creator economy and is eager to contribute to its growth by supporting innovative solutions that empower creators.

Bahadir Tasdemir is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in building scalable software architectures, writing high-quality code, and driving projects in agile environments. With hands-on experience in start-up settings, Bahadir has successfully contributed to the development of innovative software solutions, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver results in fast-paced, dynamic conditions. His expertise spans various programming languages, frameworks, and methodologies, enabling him to design robust systems and optimize software performance while maintaining flexibility and adaptability in agile workflows.

Amanda Freitas is a digital content specialist with over 15 years of experience in developing and optimizing high-performance content for top global influencers and content creators, including MrBeast, Paul Landó, and Flow Group. She is passionate about helping creators grow by developing data-driven strategies to maximize content monetization on social media.

With a strong background in global companies, Amanda is now deeply involved in AI projects, exploring new tools and platforms to enhance performance and optimize workflows.

Holding degrees in Business Administration, Journalism, and Screenwriting, she combines analytical expertise with creativity and deep knowledge of the LATAM market, bringing valuable insights to the role at Copyright Capital.

Beyond her work in the digital industry, she is committed to advocating for the rights of people with disabilities, promoting greater representation and inclusion in sports, and driving positive change both within and beyond her field.

Ogulcan Olguner is a full-stack developer with experience since 2018, working with global companies and international teams. He has built and improved web applications using modern technologies, always focusing on performance and user experience. He has worked in both AI startups and renovation-focused companies, gaining a mix of technical and industry knowledge. Comfortable in fast-moving environments, Ogulcan takes part in every step of development, from planning and coding to launching and improving products.

Berkin Barut is a technology strategist and entrepreneur-in-residence with a deep
passion for artificial intelligence and blockchain. Based in Istanbul, he leverages his

sector experience across fintech and startup ecosystems to create bold, human-
centered solutions.

Throughout his career, Berkin has held leading roles in strategy, project management,
and sales & marketing at companies such as United Payment, Zip Co. Turkey and other
investments and joint venture projects of Oyak Finance Group. Spanning venture

building, fintech consulting, and product leadership, he has guided numerous early-
stage companies through go-to-market strategies and global expansion, while helping

established businesses scale through joint ventures and M&A opportunities.
He has been an active member of the Yapay Zeka ve Teknoloji Derneği management
team — the Turkish branch of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial
Intelligence (AAAI) — contributing to its vision and initiatives since its early days. He was
also a member in RWA Tokenization Group under the DEIK Web3 and Blockchain
Committee in 2025.
Berkin is one of the authors of the book “FinTech ve InsurTech ile Finansın Dönüşümü”
and continues to share thought leadership on how emerging technologies such as AI
and blockchain are reshaping industries, through university webinars and technology
blogs.
With a degree in Computer Science from Sabancı Üniversitesi and academic experience
at the National University of Singapore’s Department of Computing, Berkin combines
technical fluency with more than 10 years of venture-building and business consulting
experience to drive innovation in scale-ups.

Gautier Daniel has worked in the M&A division of a Tier-1 Investment Bank in Paris for 8 years, before joining a leading French retail group as CFO. Shortly after, became the CEO of this company, a position he retained for 5 years.

He has joined Copyright Capital as Head of Investments in 2023. His main role is to assess the risk & profitability of investment opportunities.

He has a Master’s in Management and Finance at ESCP Business School obtained in 2006.

Jonathan Mayorkas began his career in investment banking and then held several management positions in fast-paced tech companies.

Passionate about Media & Entertainment sector, Jonathan is willing to put his financial skills to create meaningful solutions for Content Creators.

Jonathan holds a BS and MS Paris-Dauphine University and an MBA from HEC Paris.

Umutcan Cakir  graduated from Doğuş University, Department of Visual Communication Design. After completing his  internship at Cult Social Media Agency, he worked as a Video Editor and Social Media Manager for two years in the health tourism sector.

Murat Sakaoglu brings over 12 years of diverse experience across industries such as automotive, e-commerce, and software development. He has successfully spearheaded a range of business development and project management initiatives, both domestically and internationally, in the EU and MENA regions. With a strong foundation in engineering, complemented by an MBA, Murat combines technical expertise with strategic business insights, enabling him to rapidly adapt to new challenges and execute effective solutions with agility and precision.

Cem Sunguray brings 4+ years of global recruitment experience hiring top talent across the UK, Europe, and Mexico for global organizations. As a certified recruiter from IBM, he has been part of mass hiring and international sourcing projects, mainly in logistics and corporate positions.

He is well-skilled in tools used for efficient day-to-day operations of HR & recruitment processes like LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday & SAP ATS. Cem has strong people skills, where his people-centric mindset streamlines the communication and recruitment process between managers and candidates. Cem also enjoys mentoring, leading, and supporting training & development efforts.

He holds a BA degree in International Relations and graduated as a top & honour student.

Emre Botan Kümet began his career as an attorney-at-law in the areas of merger & acquisitions, banking & finance and IP law at the most reputable law firms in Turkey. Following his legal experience, Emre moved to Digiturk, a beIN MEDIA GROUP Company, as CEO Office Director and Sports Media Rights Director. Prior to his role at Copyright Capital, he held the position of Head of Tivibu PAY-TV and OTT platform in Turkey.

Emre is passionate about new media solutions, is willing to combine his legal background with media experience and provide best solutions for the creator industry.

Emre holds an LL.M. degree in Economic Law from Galatasaray University and an MSc degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from ESADE Business School.

Managed teams of up to 16 SDRs and AEs and built high-velocity sales playbooks to deliver exponential growth in a short period of time at 3 successful B2B SaaS Startups over the past 8 years.

Dogan Balamir Nazlıca is a seasoned Sales Leader with a history of building high-velocity sales machines and turning early traction into scalable growth at B2B SaaS startups ranging from SFA, Digital Marketing, to Financial Services. He has been at the forefront of closing deals ranging from $50K to $1M, and worked tirelessly to hire, train, and coach sales, marketing, and customer success teams of 5 to 20 people at 4 startups in the past 10 years. It led to a combined $30M in ARR and $40M equity raised during his tenure, with the successful acquisition of one his startups that he speared the sales organization of(https://parasut.com/) and the establishment Navi Geo ad sales that he played a key role in.

Oğuz Fayrap has been actively involved in the advertising and marketing industry since 2012. With a blend of agency and corporate experience, Oğuz has worked for some of Turkey’s and the world’s leading agencies and companies (beIN SPORTS, WPP). Currently, Oğuz oversees content acquisition, analytics, strategy, operations management, and reporting.

With degrees in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Aircraft Technology, and Business Administration, Oğuz brings a blend of technical and business acumen to the role.

Martin Febvre is a graduate of Emlyon Business School and holds a master’s degree in media management from ESCP. Driven by a strong passion for the media & entertainment industry, he has gained experience in investment, strategy, and business development through roles at Logical Pictures and Studiocanal, where he collaborated closely with executive teams.

Martin joined Copyright Capital eager to deepen his expertise in finance and investment within a sector he’s passionate about.

Richie has worn many hats over his 15+ years in web operations, but his passion lies in digital media — where he has spent close to a decade at the forefront of the industry. As a YouTube Certified professional, Richie specializes in digital rights management, content strategy, and online revenue optimization. He has collaborated with major media houses, broadcasters, sports organizations, brands, and creators to protect and unlock the true value of digital content.

His extensive work across the APAC region has shaped impactful strategies in video operations, content protection, and audience engagement. With a strong technical background and a keen eye for digital trends, Richie has built scalable solutions that drive innovation in media rights and distribution. Now based in Lisbon, he continues to tackle global challenges while shaping the next chapter of digital content.

Yonatan Pinto is a multidisciplinary executive with +15 years of experience spanning international law, business development, and operational leadership. He began his career as a M&A lawyer at leading global firm Dentons, advising multinational clients on complex transactions and regulatory strategy.

Building on his legal foundation, Yonatan transitioned into business development and strategic management roles, leading regional growth initiatives across EMEA. He later served as COO at an investment bank, overseeing operations across seven countries, including legal, operations, HR, finance and corporate affairs. Yonatan is passionate about bridging legal, financial, and operational disciplines to help organizations scale efficiently and navigate strategic change.

He holds a law degree from Koç University, an LL.M. from Istanbul Bilgi University, and pursued postgraduate business studies at UC Berkeley.

Tuana Başak Kök contributes to helping brands express themselves in an authentic and meaningful way through her experience in marketing and communication across different industries. She has worked on brand strategy, content creation, and communication projects in areas such as hospitality, retail, and creative production.

With a background in communication design and public relations, she values combining storytelling with strategic thinking. Her work focuses on social media management, integrated marketing campaigns, and visual communication — aiming to help brands present their identity and narrative in a clear and impactful way.
